How We Work
From Raw Billet to Finished Profile.
Design
In-house die room with 500+ tool range. We design custom profiles from scratch or optimise existing specifications.
Extrude
Three press lines — 900 MT (2015), 1,100 MT Yeun Sun Taiwan (2018), and 800 MT (2024). Gas-fired aging ovens. Hot top casting with 24 moulds.
Fabricate
CNC milling, lathe machining, precision cutting. Hardness and tempering verified at every stage.
Finish
18-tank automated anodizing, batch powder coating, wood finish sublimation, logo marking, and stretch wrap packing.
