Custom Extrusion
We extrude custom profiles from your drawings or start with a blank specification. Our 500+ die inventory and in-house tool room mean no outsourced tooling and faster lead times. We work with 6xxx and other aluminium alloys to match your application requirements.

Fabrication
Post-extrusion fabrication services include CNC milling, lathe turning, sawing, drilling, and tapping. We hold dimensional tolerances and verify material properties at every stage using in-house testing equipment.

Surface Finishing
All finishing done in-house. Our 18-tank fully automated anodizing plant, batch powder coating line, wood sublimation unit, and logo marking machine mean we control quality at every stage of the surface treatment process.

Quality Testing
Every batch is tested before dispatch. Our lab includes spectrometer analysis for alloy verification, Rockwell hardness testing for die steel, and Webster tempering measurement for finished profiles. No profile ships without sign-off.
